In the early hours of Saturday at about 8am, terrorists in broad daylight launched attack on Agban Kagoro community in Kaura Local Government Area of Kaduna State, North-West Nigeria.
Former chairman of Kaura Local Government Area Kumai Badu, who confirmed the attack to ait.live said that the terrorists came in large number shooting sporadically with the residents seen running for safety.
Meanwhile, the senator representing Kaduna South, Danjuma La’ah who spoke with ait.live via telephone wants government and security operatives to deploy more troops in the area to protect lives and property and prevent further occurrence.
At the time of filing this report, the number of the casualties are yet to be known.
