2023: Youth group backs 47 year old businessman Jack Rich for presidency

Ahead of the 2023 General Election, a group, Youth Democratic Coalition of Nigeria (YDCN) has announced its support for a businessman Jack Rich Tein to contest the presidency.

The group said they picked interest in the 47 year old River State born oil mogul because of his vast knowledge in management which he has demonstrated in turning his company from local to multinationals.
In a statement signed by the National Coordinator of YDCN, Ambassador Jide Erhagbai, he said with the signing of the Not Too Young To Run Bill by President Muhammadu Buhari into Law in 2018, the President had demonstrated his willingness to hand over power to the younger generation.

Erhagbai said the members of the group numbering over two million held meetings at their zonal and ward levels and agreed to throw their weight behind the philanthropist to succeed President Buhari in 2022.
“The Youth Democratic coalition  of Nigeria a recognized group with a massive strength  has looked critically at the characters, and Personalities of all possible candidates vying for the 2023 elections and can categorically say that we have identified one.
“One with the requisite knowledge and experience to govern Nigeria and reposition it  to where we have longed for.
“It has become a norm in Nigeria for a group of people to dictate the political tune in Nigeria as against the collective wish of the people. This misnomer is a trend the Youth Democratic coalition of Nigeria hopes to change in 2023.
“After due consultations we have come together to  adopt a candidate one who is within the age bracket of the young people one who understands what the Nigeria youth is lacking and is ready to give us a listening ears.

“We have concluded  with our zonal and states Nationwide coordinators to  adopt Jack Rich Tein as the only flag bearer we the  Nigerian youths will adopt and work towards  becoming the president of this country.
“We use this medium also to enjoin all well meaning Nigeria all those who stood firm during our numerous struggles for good and a better Nigeria to know that Jack Tein Rich is the only suitable candidate we should all support and mobilize ahead of 2023”, he said.
He said as a group with smart innovative and highly knowledgeable youths in Nigeria, it can’t fold its hands to watch Nigeria nosedive due to misgovernance in Nigeria by a set of politicians without the passionate drive for development.
“Hence the  conclusion on the need for us to pick one of us to drive the affair of governance in Nigeria.
He said Jack Rich has the wherewithal to accommodate the young people of this country and also has added valuable contributions to the nation in various ways by extending his hands of goodwill to the nook and crannies of this nation as seen in numerous public humanitarian works and setting up infrastructures in the country without any political undertone.
“We can’t keep deaf ears and turn blind to the fact that this our identified candidate has done more than virtually every body vying for political office in Nigeria as at today.
“He is young, articulate, never had any financial misconduct, learned, a philanthropist,a Strategist and a Technocrat”, Erhagbai added.
